What’s in a Double Under?

WEATHER UPDATE: DUE RAIN IN THE AFTERNOON, 5:30 and 6:30PM CLASSES WILL BE RUN AS OPEN GYM TO ALLOW YOU TO COME IN AMD LEAVE AS YOU NEED.  THERE WILL STILL BE A COACH PRESENT AT ALL TIMES.  4:30 WILL RUN AS ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED.

WOD 03 03 14

Note: If you are planning to do 14.1 today, coordinate your class schedule with the coach.  You should plan to have someone be your judge.  You will warm-up for 14.1 while the class performs (A), and perform 14.1 while the rest of the class performs part (B).  Your judge will also need to skip part (B), obviously.

A. 5 sets of: Hang Clean + 2 FS (AHAP).  Sub FS 5×3 if new to cleans.

B. Team strict pullups (those with 15+ should add weight).  This can be skipped if you are judging someone doing 14.1.

C. 12 min AMRAP:

15 Burpee Box Jumps (24″/20″)

15 Deadlifts (185/120)

15 T2B
