Came in to work on ‘mental weakness’.
Did two painful rounds of max effort KB swings, wallballs, burpees.
I was supposed to do four rounds, but I’m kind of mentally weak. Oh well, it was good/weird to come in two days in a row on the weekends and just hang out.
