I like how everyone’s shoulders are forward of the bar on the way up. Seems like Jen is cleaning due to her grip that’s slightly narrower than the others.
Great to be back after 8 days off due to a busy schedule resulting from the big move to DC.
FS: Worked up to 150# and it felt super heavy.
Reverse Hypers: Had fun getting onto this tall beast but started to get the hang of them by the last set.
Metcon: 12:21 not Rx – didn’t make the 10′ wall ball target very well and mixed in some Knees to elbow/chest as my hands got sore but finished the last set with T2B.
Everything felt heavy and I was a bit sluggish but it was nice to be back!
